New OC- Cody (developing character)

I really like this drawing and the Leo but decided to comment on this one due to the fact that I wouldn't have known he was an otter if it weren't for the reply you made on it. It's sort of difficult to convey what animal a humanistic character is just based off of the head, especially when it is just a line drawing with no shading or color to it. When you cover up some of the details that really set them apart, such as the eyes in this one. You need to accentuate some of the other qualities that differentiate them from other animals, like how some otters have more of a diamond or spade shaped nose.
